Kimberly Truesdell grew up in an unhealthy family, and was very heavy from a young age. But after her mom died young of complications from morbid obesity, she knew she had to make a change in her life.  She took up running, and has since lost 110lbs — and now has an IRONMAN 70.3 coming up, her first triathlon!  We talk about how she lost the weight, the struggles of re-learning how to be healthy, and the strategies she uses to keep the weight off without being obsessive.
