How long does the free trial last for?

When you sign up for your first training plan with MōTTIV, we’ll ask you some questions about your race date, experience, goals, and schedule. Based on that, you’ll get a training plan customized for you.

Your free trial lasts 14 days, after which time you'll be charged $57USD per month.

When do I need to start training for my triathlon/marathon/next race?

The length of your training plan always depends on your fitness level, your experience level, and your goals. MōTTIV will help you customize your plan according to all three. Inside the app, we have guidelines based on how you want to cross the finish line: 


  • Finish: simply cross the finish line
  • Finish feeling strong: finish feeling like you’re in control of the race, not the other way around
  • Compete: finish competitively, perhaps winning an age group or qualifying for a spot in another race

Of course, it's never too early to start training, which is why MōTTIV offers awesome year-round training to build a solid base of fitness.

I’m new to endurance sports. Will I be too much of a beginner?
