Best training app there is. Used it to train for my 2nd full Ironman and PR’d my time by an hour. I can’t recommend it enough. From nutrition to workouts to yoga and strength. Revolution in training 💯
MŌTTIV system really is next level! As good as a personal coach and as cheap as a bottle of wine a month! With any endurance sport, just input any race or goal you have and it will design a program taylored just for you with strength and mobility. It helps me doing the right amount of training without becoming over trained or injured and also staying healthy and full of energy for everyday life. I love the science and research behind the system focusing on aerobic endurance and becoming a overall healthy individual. I have used some of the other training apps and it seems that my MōTTIV app seems to be on point. Wanna do a triathlon they have a plan. If u wanna run they have a plan for that. If u are just into biking u guessed it have a plan for that as well. Whether if you do one race or many as well as different types of races. Program also has programs from lifting to yoga. After doing my first 70.3 triathlon I was hooked. 14 days free trial give it a go and the price is one of the best out there as far as training programs. The support get through the app as well as other members is out of this world.
