How long does the free trial last for?

When you sign up for your first training plan with MOTTIV, we'll ask you some questions about your race date, experience, goals, and schedule. Based on that, you'll get a training plan customized for you.

Your free trial lasts 14 days, after which time you'll be charged as low as $14.99 USD per month.

When do I need to start training for my triathlon/marathon/next race?

The length of your training plan always depends on your fitness level, your experience level, and your goals. MOTTIV will help you customize your plan according to all three. Inside the app, we have guidelines based on how you want to cross the finish line:

  • Finish: simply cross the finish line.
  • Finish feeling strong: finish feeling like you're in control of the race, not the other way around.
  • Compete: finish competitively, perhaps winning an age group or qualifying for a spot in another race.

Of course, it's never too early to start training, which is why MOTTIV offers awesome year-round training to build a solid base of fitness.

I'm new to endurance sports. Will I be too much of a beginner?

Welcome! So happy you are here. One of our goals at MOTTIV is to make endurance sports accessible to anyone who wants to participate. So the short answer is: no, you're not too much of a beginner!"

I've been training for years and plan to compete. Will MOTTIV be too easy for me?

You can feel confident that MOTTIV will challenge you. Athletes using MOTTIV have won age group championships, and often beat athletes working with traditional private coaches. In other words, you're in good company.
