How do I set my training goals?

When you join the MOTTIV app, you will complete a few steps that will allow us to put together a personalized training plan for you.
- You'll enter the race(s) you plan to do. This is done in the "RACES" tab in the app.
- You'll set the number of hours you want to train in a week, which will impact the type of finish you want to achieve.
We initially provide you with a default training week when you enter your race dates. To change your number of weekly training hours to correspond with the goal you want to achieve, click "SCHEDULE" and then the "CHANGE HOURS" button on that page. Then, you'll move the slider back and forth to select your training goal/number of hours.
Don't forget to click the "Update" button to save your new training hours, and for us to generate a new plan for you.
- You'll enter your Max HR, Resting HR, FTP, and a recent race result on the "ZONES" tab in the app. This allows us to personalize every single workout to you, so that the training is always matched to your fitness at any given time.
Based on that information, we put together a training plan that will help you get to your race goals!
