Connecting MOTTIV to Zwift, Training Peaks, Garmin, Wahoo, Strava, Polar, Suunto, Coros, Apple, etc.

These are the instructions to:
1. Send your workouts to your device (watch, bike computer, smart trainer, Zwift, etc.)
2. Send your completed workout data back to MOTTIV
The process is essentially this:
To get your workouts from MOTTIV to Zwift or another device: MOTTIV workout >> Training Peaks >> SmartTrainer/Watch/Zwift/etc.
To get your completed workout data back to MOTTIV: Device >> Strava >> MOTTIV.
So, you need to be connected to TP to get your workouts OUT of MOTTIV. And you need to be connected to Strava to get your workout data BACK INTO MOTTIV.
ALSO NOTE: Workout stats from before you connected your devices will not be transmitted into MOTTIV.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR GARMIN USERS:
Garmin is the only device that can receive workout details from MOTTIV and send your completed workouts and stats back to MOTTIV without a "middleman".
Scroll down for the directions for connecting Garmin Connect to MOTTIV, including important settings you'll need to click to avoid seeing duplicate workouts.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUUNTO, POLAR, COROS, APPLE, ZWIFT, WAHOO, and all other devices:
To send your workouts to your device, you need to connect to TrainingPeaks first.
To send your completed workout data back to MOTTIV, you need to also connect to Strava.
Instructions are below on how to connect to TrainingPeaks and Strava.
SPECIAL NOTES ON ZWIFT and WAHOO:
There are special instructions for finding your workouts in Zwift and Wahoo once you've sent them there via Training Peaks. Scroll down for those instructions.
TRAININGPEAKS
- View your MōTTIV workouts in TrainingPeaks
- Click My Account in the left-hand menu on desktop, or the far right "menu" tab on mobile.
- Click the Connections tab.
- Click the "Connect Now" button next to TrainingPeaks.
- Sign into your TrainingPeaks account (you can use either a free or paid TP account).
- Click "Allow" to grant permission for MOTTIV to send workouts to TrainingPeaks.
PLEASE NOTE:
Free TrainingPeaks users only see workouts for today.
Premium TrainingPeaks users see workouts for today, tomorrow, and the next day.
(This is a TrainingPeaks decision, not MOTTIV.)
APPLE WATCH USERS
1) If you hit the "LAP" button while doing a swim workout, Apple will stop recording your workout at that point and save only the information recorded before you hit the button. Because Apple Watches aren't built to be an endurance training device, many of our users eventually switch to Garmin for a much better and easier training experience.
2) Some users have discovered an app called Watchletic, which allows you to send your MOTTIV workouts to your Apple Watch for your workout. You still have to send your workout from MOTTIV to Training Peaks, then from Training Peaks into Watchletic.
So the process would go: MOTTIV >> Training Peaks >> Watchletic.(Please note, we are just sharing this information, we have no connection to Watchletic and can not make any guarantees about performance. Try this method at your own risk. Watchletic is located at https://www.watchletic.com/)
