How often should I do testing (FTP, Max HR, Race Pace, etc.)

When you join the MOTTIV app, you'll be prescribed testing in the first few weeks on the app (usually in the 3rd week of training, but not always).
You will be instructed to test for your:
- Maximum Heart Rate
- Resting Heart Rate
- FTP
- Race Pace
Even if you already have these numbers, we encourage you to follow our testing protocols to make sure your numbers are accurate.
The tests will come up as part of your training plan. You will enter the results of the testing in your "Zones" tab in the app.
Testing is not required any more frequently than every 3-4 months (your numbers will not change very much in that time), but this is not something you need to track yourself.
We will prompt you to do more testing when/if it's necessary, as part of your training cycles.
