My runs are too long in my stats

You may notice in your weekly stats that the amount of time you've run is longer than you actually ran. This will happen if you are MANUALLY completing a run workout (in other words, clicking "Mark As Complete", and then clicking "Yes, As Written"). When you manually complete a workout, we don't know the amount of time you actually ran so the system takes a guess that you exercised for the maximum time estimated for that workout.
To have your stats accurately display your run times/distances, you can connect your MOTTIV app to your devices (smartwatch, smart trainer, Zwift, etc.), and the exact time you worked out will be recorded and sent back to MOTTIV. NOTE: You can only do this if you are on a premium membership. To upgrade, click "MY ACCOUNT" and then "BILLING", and select a monthly or annual payment plan. The upgrade will take effect immediately.
To learn how to connect your devices, please read this article in the Help Center which will guide you through every step.
