Duplicate Workouts Imported from Wahoo

If you are finding duplicate workouts are importing into your account from your Wahoo smart trainer (Kickr, Tickr, etc.), there are two likely reasons.
1) YOU'RE CONNECTING TO THE DEVICE WELL BEFORE THE WORKOUT BEGINS
If you connect to your Wahoo smart trainer more than 5 minutes before your workout begins, the trainer will record a duplicate workout. Don't start your trainer until you're ready to start the workout.
2) THE TIMEZONE IN YOUR WAHOO APP OR STRAVA ACCOUNT IS NOT SET CORRECTLY
Check to make sure you have the correct time zone set in MOTTIV, as well as your Wahoo app and your Strava account. If the time zones don't match, the systems may communicate incorrectly and cause duplicate workouts to be recorded and transmitted.
